Gucci is a designer brand, ~1200 EUR is pretty mid-range for that tier of fashion brand. They sell lapel pins for ~$500 and a gold-coloured ice cream cone necklace for $790. But at least that 1200 EUR watch looks like a watch, their higher end stuff looks like a bathroom scale on your wrist.
